For this painting my model Nikki posed, she is one of the thousands of “KOPP Kinderen”, children who suffer from difficult home situations due to parents with mental issues. Nikki has been documented by Doclines for 5 years showing you how deep the love between parent and child can go and how heavy the impact is when the relationship is complicated or impossible.
